Acorn in RI to Shutdown 1st Amendment Rights
Statism is a term that may refer to either one or both of the following:
A major government role in the direction of the economy, both directly through state-owned enterprises and indirectly through the central planning of the overall economy.
A political viewpoint "that sovereignty is vested not in the people but in the national state, and that all individuals and associations exist only to enhance the power, the prestige, and the well-being of the state. The fascist concept of Statism repudiates individualism and exalts the nation as an organic body headed by the Supreme Leader and nurtured by unity, force, and discipline."
IN WALK THE NATIONAL POLICE - ACORN
In what can only be called a stunning and shocking display of utter disdain for open dialogue on a subject that affects every citizen of the United States of America, ACORN has decided to bus in outsiders from around the region to provide cover for Democrat Congressman James Langevin.
Below is a copy of an email that RIRA has received from sources not taken to rash and shoddy sensationalism:
Dear Members.
As you are aware in our prior email, we need your presence at Congressman James Langevin's Town Hall Meeting at the Warwick police Station 99 Veterans Memorial Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island. We are planning on arriving early at 1:30PM to fill the hall before the radical right protestors arrive. A box lunch will be provided for those on the bus. We will meet at headquarters for those wishing to join us on the bus.
Thank you!
The Acorn Team
Indeed, we now see to what lengths that those who want to live off other citizens' hard earned money and want to grow the government and bankrupt America will go.
Everyone says Congressman James Langevin is a nice guy - yet the Town Hall meeting was originally scheduled for the Police Station Community Room has now been changed to the larger City Hall Council Chambers which will seat three times the capacity - The question arises in any rational person's mind is why was it changed? When did Congressman Langevin learn that the Brown Shirt Brigade would be coming to provide cover for him, and to provide cover for the rise of Liberal Fascism and Statism in America?
Here we citizens live in Rhode Island, one of the most liberal States in the nation that requires the ORP Printing Press to balance our budget ($266M from Obama Reid Pelosi Printers, LLC) and now we are told that our voices are not needed nor wanted in this national debate.
Sadly, it is not just in Rhode Island that this travesty occurs, which is why WE MUST BE RESOLVED to defend our rights by exercising our rights granted to us by God and written in the United States Constitution. We MUST speak out against those that would silence us. WE MUST make a stand for our children, our parents, and our nation. We must call on politicians who would harm us, our families, and our beliefs. We must hold these politicians accountable both now and at the voting booths. Nice guy politicians who support a National Police Force that seeks to keep "We the People" from exercising our First Amendment Rights must be replaced.
I call on all citizens of Rhode Island to answer the call of freedom and liberty once again as our Founding Fathers did so many years ago; to come out to this Town Hall meeting in the City of Warwick and let your voices be heard; to be lead with your brain and supported with the passion of your heart; to engage the agenda of disguise and deceit by asking direct questions, demanding honest answers, and shining the Bright Light of Democracy onto the stage of darkness.
One may say "oh how melodramatic", but it is indeed the apathy of "We the People" that has brought us to this precipice of one Party rule in Rhode Island for four decades, and now nationally, the parent of this local Party can pass anything it wants and controls all debate and has become more arrogant in its promises to do so.
