National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA)

Pat Briney is Chaplain of the NFRA and President of the Arkansas Republican Assembly.  He is founder and director of the Leadership Training Institute of America, which equips youth for Christian "worldview warfare in contemporary culture."  He is co-founder of the League of Independent Voters, founder of the Center for Leadership Development, and serves on the board of the Arkansas chapter of the Christian Coalition.  Dr. Briney, who holds a Ph.D. in microbiology, also volunteers as a science teacher and as science department chairman in the Fayetteville Christian Schools.
